My name is Oksana, and I am the owner of Terra Egypt Realty.
I have lived in Hurghada for more than 22 years and have worked professionally in the Red Sea real estate market since 2009.
Over the years, I have gained practical knowledge of:

- local developers and their completed and current projects;
- actual market prices and payment plans;
- the investment potential of different properties;
